Out of Network Guidance

Please contact your insurance provider’s benefits department. The number is often found on the back of your insurance card.

 

When speaking to a representative, ask about out-of-network behavioral health coverage. Be sure to note important information regarding your out of network deductible and co-insurance. 

 

If you have out of network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill, a document that provides an itemized list of services. Superbills are provided following each session and submitted by clients to insurance providers for reimbursement.*
